I practice psychotherapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois.
Before starting my independent practice in 2024, I worked in community mental health as a therapist, supervisor, and specialized clinical consultant for over four years. I’ve also spoken publically, advocating for humanistic, depth-oriented approaches in mental health treatment, consulted with a variety of clinical groups and social service agencies, and mentored young clinicians entering the field.
My professional training blends dynamically with my personal life experience. This interplay shapes how I work in the room as a therapist. I appreciate the challenge of being human: we all have the opportunity, in our own creative way, to confront fundamental questions about ourselves, our relationships, and the world. Without responding to the call of our life, we risk living in a perpetual state of wandering, never truly feeling, and rarely finding comfort in our authentic life purpose.
